Candle 79 (and sister restaurant Candle Cafe) has been doing just that for years, offering inspired vegan creations that have earned the praise of restaurant critics, hardcore vegans, or folks who just love excellent, plant-based cuisine. Tonight, let owner Joy Pierson show you how it’s done. Carnivores welcome!
On the Menu: Heirloom Tomato-Avocado Tartare; Farmers’ Market Gazpacho; Black Bean-Chipotle Burgers.
