How Do I Apply For Individual Core Courses?

Applications for individual core courses are available and reviewed by Farm School NYC's Students Committee on a seasonal basis. Please see the dates below for exact deadlines and visit our Core Courses and Advanced Courses pages for a list of specific courses offered within each season. 

Applications will be posted online two weeks before the deadline. 

Application Deadlines*, 2013

Spring & Summer: February 15th

Fall: July 15th  

Winter: November 30th

*Please note that spring & summer applications will both be accepted in February. 
  

What is the cost?

We want our program to be accessible to all New Yorkers regardless of financial assets and responsibilities. Economic justice is central to the mission of Farm School and so we are committed to working with you so that cost is not an obstacle to attending Farm School NYC. In order to ensure that this unique level of accessibility is met, the School offers a sliding scale fee schedule based on household income and size. Individual Enrollment costs per course:

Individual Enrollment sudents must pay in full by the class start date.

If you find that your payment level is still beyond your means, please call us to discuss your situation. We do not want to turn away any students because of an inability to pay.
