Conference
The Just Food Conference has a history of amplifying the diverse—and often unheralded—voices of NYC’s food and agriculture leaders who are most impacted by the systemic inequities we face, and yet are the ones with the knowledge to create the transformative solutions our community needs.
**The 2020 Just Food Conference has been cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The planning for our next conference is currently on hold while we develop a new format for future events.**
About the Event
The Just Food Conference is a bi-annually held event comprised of workshops, campaign action sessions, and panels. Our goal is to cultivate an environment that fosters shared learning, new relationships, and a renewed commitment to action in the food justice movement amongst attendees. Each conference is structured around a theme pertaining to current food justice issues. Agenda items cover a diverse array of topics ranging from community-lead food projects all the way to food education and nutrition.
